  • Understanding the problem through correct analysis
  • Methodology to overcoming the problem(s)

The Trainer

  • Qualities required in the prospective trainer
  • Psychology of the corrective trainer
  • Progression of the corrective training
  • Seeking improvement through observation, analysis and experimentation
  • Using intelligence, knowledge and awareness rather than instinct for improvement (knowledge is transmissible but talent is not)
